Paladin Technologies unifies branding in North America

January 1, 2021  By  SP&T Staff

Paladin Technologies, headquartered in Vancouver, announced that its U.S. entities, TekWorks and Lee Technology, began operating as Paladin Technologies effective Jan. 1.

Paladin Technologies merged with California-based TekWorks in Jan. 2019 and Lee Technology, based in Austin, Tex., in Nov. 2020.

“We have been growing our presence in the U.S. market for two years,” said Ted Reid, president, Paladin Technologies, in a company statement. “During that time, we have worked hard on instilling our core values and the teamwork emanating from this is now very apparent. Consequently, we felt this was the appropriate time to unite under one brand: Paladin Technologies. It is important to note that all existing teams will remain in place such that there will be no diminishment of our service levels or support at the local level.”

The company stated it will retain all existing office locations — Paladin Technologies currently operates 18 offices with more than 1,000 employees.
