TekWorks acquires all of AVI-SPL’s Southern California security contracts

Integrator TekWorks, a Paladin Technologies company, announced that it has acquired all of audiovisual firm AVI-SPL’s Southern California security contracts.

The transaction was an asset purchase, with no employees involved.

Ted Reid, president of Paladin Technologies said in a statement, “TekWorks and Paladin are excited to welcome the previous AVI-SPL clients to our portfolio. Our local teams will leverage decades of security integration and customer experience to ensure we fulfill all clients and their unique needs.”

Nicholas Cammarata, director of Corporate Development for AVI-SPL commented, also in a statement,  “In order to provide clients with an exceptional long-term service solution, AVI-SPL is excited to transfer accounts to TekWorks for their local strength and expertise in security systems. In surveying the market, AVI-SPL concluded that TekWorks, a Paladin Technologies company, was the ideal partner to exceed the security system needs of this region for years to come.”
