Security Summit Canada 2024 agenda announced

SP&T News is pleased to announce the line-up of speakers and sessions for the seventh annual Security Summit Canada, which will be held virtually on Feb. 15.

The event will begin at 1PM ET with keynote speaker, Tim Palmquist, Vice President, Americas, Milestone Systems.

Sessions to follow include:

• Responsible use of AI and its implications for the security industry, featuring Sue Abu-Hakima, CEO, Alstari
• What end users want/expect from their technology suppliers and integrators, a roundtable discussion including panelists: David Sulston, Security Director of the Year 2022; Helen Perry-Raycraft, Corporate Security Specialist, City of Saskatoon; and Luciano Cedrone, Director of Security and Fire Life Safety, Triovest
• The state of video monitoring in Canada today, and its future potential, a panel moderated by Victor Harding, Principal, Harding Security and featuring panelists: Daniel Cyr, CEO, Sirix Monitoring; Dan Pantea, CEO, Cost Master Communications; Bill Dietterle, President, BIL Security Services Canada; and Colin Bodbyl, Vice President and General Manager, Stealth Monitoring

The event will also feature an update on SP&T News‘ longstanding Integrator of the Year award, which will have a new look for 2024.
