Security ONE announces majority equity investment in Belleville, Ont.-based Alarm Systems

Security ONE Alarm Systems based in Leamington, Ont., recently announce a majority equity investment in Alarm Systems, based in Belleville, Ont.

According to a press release, the investment will enable Alarm Systems to expand its services to customers throughout Eastern Ontario. Both companies are expected to benefit from combined purchasing power and shared resources. The combined organization will comprise almost 120 security professionals serving more than 20,000 residential and commercial customers.

“We are thrilled to partner with Alarm Systems and make this strategic investment,” said Chris Neumann, president and CEO, Security ONE Alarm Systems, in a statement. “Their team has a long history of providing high-quality security solutions to customers, and we believe this partnership will allow us to better serve the Ontario market and continue to grow our business.”

Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
