IDIS to showcase AI innovations at ISC West

IDIS, a South Korean video surveillance technology provider, says its ISC West presence this year will focus on “advances in AI that meet the security, business intelligence, and budgetary needs of businesses of all sizes.”

The IDIS booth at the Las Vegas security trade show, scheduled for next month, will feature an “immersive AI surveillance area” showcasing edge AI cameras and AI boxes powered by IDIS’s Solution Suite VMS. The booth will also feature solutions for markets such as retail, logistics and education.

Retail solutions will include a new add-on DV-1304 AI Box for Retail, a pin-hole camera, suited for ultra-luxury retail, and an HDMI/VGA encoder that integrates point of sale (POS) systems. For the education sector, a video intercom allows users to manage doors using VoIP. Also, IDIS 4K PTZs with auto-tracking and IR up to 350 meters are available for perimeter security. Warehousing applications will include a new wireless forklift recording system.
