
Security Canada Central, hosted by the Canadian Security Association on Oct. 19-20 in Toronto, returned for its first in-person engagement since 2019.

CANASA held virtual events in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and held two previous in-person Security Canada events in Laval, Que. (April) and Richmond, B.C. (June) in 2022.
CANASA’s National Monitoring Station Symposium also returned to Toronto on Oct. 18 after a three-year hiatus, with a speaker line-up that included Alan Cavers, ULC; Sascha Kylau, OneTel; Morgan Hertel, Rapid Response Monitoring and The Monitoring Association; Bob Steadman, Stratejm; and Gary Laframboise, Oakville Fire Dept.
Security Canada will be back with new shows in 2023, beginning with Security Canada East on April 26.
