Private equity firm acquires RightCrowd

Bloom Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, announced its acquisition of RightCrowd, a provider of physical identity and access management solutions.

The acquisition was finalized on Sept. 25.

Following the acquisition, RightCrowd will continue to operate independently, according to a company statement.
