Ann Fandozzi, Convergint
Global integrator Convergint has appointed Ann Fandozzi as its new CEO.
This is Fandozzi’s fourth CEO role, having previously led RB Global, Abra Auto Body & Glass and vRide. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Whirlpool, DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company and Lockheed Martin.
Ken Lochiatto will move from his role as CEO into an advisory capacity for Convergint’s Board of Managers. Since taking on the CEO role in 2015, Lochiatto oversaw company growth as Convergint expanded its footprint to a staff of more than 10,000 across 220-plus office locations. Under his tenure, Convergint completed 55 acquisitions.
“Ann’s experience in leading company culture, combined with her passion for innovation and commitment to customer success, are a natural fit for Convergint.
