Nice establishes board for strategic oversight and appoints new CEO

Nice North America has established a new board to provide strategic oversight of regional operations. The board will lead four specialized committees, each focused on accelerating growth in the areas of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance), People Strategy, Audit & Compliance, and Strategy, according to the company.

Luca Longhin, president of Nice North America, will lead coordination of the board. Emanuel Bertolini is appointed as the new CEO of Nice North America. Bertolini’s previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer of GE Grid Solutions, CEO Americas of GE Grid Solutions, and various board positions.
