Mircom acquires operations of JNH Developments
The Mircom Group of Companies, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of intelligent building solutions, has acquired JNH Developments LTD.’s operations, based in Edmonton, Alberta. JNH Developments is a life safety company that works in various types of buildings including high rises, hospitals, schools, condos, hotels, and more.

“Life safety is our top priority; we place extremely high value on ensuring buildings are up to code and compliant,” said Carol Hucal, principal, JNH Developments. “We have been working closely with Mircom for over 15 years, and we are pleased to have them continue the legacy of JNH Developments Ltd.”
Mircom says the acquisition expands its service offering in the northern Alberta region. The JNH operations will be integrated into the existing Mircom Edmonton, Alberta office.
“We are pleased to join forces with the team from JNH,” said Mark Falbo, president, Mircom Group of Companies. “It offers Mircom the opportunity to expand our life safety systems and support in the greater Edmonton area.”
