i-PRO appoints chief product officer

Gerard Figols

i-PRO announced it has appointed Gerard Figols as the company’s chief product officer (CPO).

Figols was previously president of i-PRO EMEA and i-PRO APAC.

In his new role, Figols will spearhead i-PRO’s global product strategy. “Gerard’s appointment as CPO underscores our mission to establish i-PRO as a truly global organization. Building on his years of experience working across cultures, Gerard will be able to leverage insights from different business regions to develop best-in-class products suited to the needs of different industries and markets,” said Masato Nakao, CEO, i-PRO, in a statement.

In a related announcement, i-PRO appointed Jose Riolobos as Figols’ successor to the role of president of i-PRO EMEA. For several years, Riolobos held senior positions within i-PRO and, previously, Panasonic in Europe and Japan.
