Datacard appoints new channel executive
Datacard Group has appointed Kathleen Phillips as vice-president, global channel strategy and operations. Phillips will be responsible for strengthening the overall business and operational management of the company's channel partners and driving channel strategy.

“We are committed to working with our channel partners to deliver best in class solutions to their end customers and to effectively support the Datacard brand,” says John DiLeo, senior vice-president, global sales and service for Datacard Group, in a company statement. “Having Phillips in this role will undoubtedly strengthen our channel strategy and operational execution, so that both Datacard Group and our partners are best positioned to win profitable market share.”
Phillips most recently lead Datacard Group’s desktop systems product marketing and management team. Prior to joining Datacard Group in 2010, she worked with Fargo Electronics, now part of HID Global, as executive vice-president of sales and marketing.
