Boon Edam appoints president following internal merger

Boon Edam and Boon Edam Manufacturing announced a reorganization, bringing them together as a single unit via an internal merger.

The company says this move will allow it to improve operational efficiencies, streamline communications and increase its market presence.

Patrick Nora is taking on the role of president and managing director of the newly unified Boon Edam. Nora, who joined the company in 2018, was previously director of Boon Edam Manufacturing. His prior experience includes Loranger Manufacturing Corp. and Boeing.

“I am honoured to lead Boon Edam we embark on this exciting new journey together,” said Nora in a statement. “I look forward to further developing the organization to better serve the needs of our customers and stakeholders.”
