Armstrong’s launches new website
Armstrong’s National Alarm Monitoring – 3rd Party ULC Listed alarm monitoring services, has launched a new website, www.armcom.ca, a site aimed at Independent Security Dealers/Installers.
The new website combines many new features for Armstrong Dealers and their employees, including resources for their office staff, sales departments and on site security alarm technicians.
A summary of these new features are:
– On-line depository of documents for dealers, including sales tools and Human Resources tools
– Notifications on special pricing on equipment for Authorized Dealers
– Direct access to dealers accounts
– Company newsletters, keeping dealers abreast of industry advances
As Armstrong’s moves to become a paperless work environment, the website now contains what they believe to be one of its best features, an electronic fillable contract form. This fillable contract will allow Dealers to fill out and submit all new customer information directly on-line. This will also provide simultaneous verification of the documentation and what was received directly to the end-user and the dealer for their review. The data entry department at the monitoring station will also be alerted to review the entry. The finished form is fully customizable to each Dealer, and can include their company logo and specific information.
President Gary Armstrong states, “This new site will assist us in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our services which our Dealers have come to expect from our Monitoring Stations.”
