Monitronics appoints Chief People Officer
Dallas-based security monitoring company Monitronics has chosen Kelly Harris as Chief People Officer. Harris joins Monitronics from ADT, where she was director and lead human resources business partner.

Harris brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources to the company.

Harris will work strategically with Monitronics leadership to align business and HR objectives, implement focused workforce strategies, and improve recruiting, retention and organizational efforts.
