AMAG hires new VP to lead product vision

Roland Fournier

AMAG Technology announced the hiring of Roland Fournier as vice-president, product management.

The role includes acting as the lead product officer of AMAG Technology, responsible for the vision, development and strategy of all Symmetry products.

“I am excited to bring Fournier onboard as the VP of product management to lead us forward into our next generation of products. His experience will help us achieve our vision to change the profile of access control,” said AMAG Technology president David Sullivan in a statement. “His role will revive our development, improve our strategy and help coordinate communication across key departments to ensure the success of our Symmetry portfolio of products.”

“It’s an exciting time to be joining the AMAG team, and I look forward to working with leadership and the product management team to help transform the Symmetry product portfolio to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers,” said Fournier.

Fournier was previously the senior director of product and solutions at HID Global. Before HID, he spent 14 years at IDEMIA in senior product management roles.
