Ann Marie Mansfield
AMAG Technology announced Ann Marie Mansfield as its new director, commercial excellence.
The role is brand new, according to AMAG, and is designed to develop internal and external programs, lead generation opportunities, and tools “to make it easy to do business” with the company.
“We are excited to bring on Ann Marie in this new role,” said David Sullivan, president, AMAG, in a statement. “AMAG is undergoing a transformation and this position will be central to effectively delivering integrated building and business management solutions to the market. Her skillset and experience will help establish a cohesive infrastructure between product development, sales, and solutions delivery teams, with the end goal of delivering better service to our customers.”
In her new role, Mansfield will establish programs to strengthen relationships with system integrators, technology partners and customers.
“I am thrilled to join the AMAG team and help develop processes that will improve the customer experience,” said Mansfield.
Mansfield was previously the director of customer service at ACRE and before that held executive roles at LenelS2.
