CSAA cancels International Annual Meeting

According to a post on the Central Station Alarm Association's website, the organization opted to cancel its annual meeting, which was scheduled to be held in Bermuda, due to the "impending threat" posed by Hurricane Gonzalo. The conference was originally scheduled for Oct. 17-22.

The website states: We regret to announce that we must cancel the CSAA International 2014 Annual Meeting due to the impending threat of Hurricane Gonzalo. The National Hurricane Center predicts that Gonzalo may become a Category 4 storm by Thursday and is on track to reach Bermuda on Friday. Our hotel has advised us that it is entering “Hurricane Preparedness Status” and is expecting a hit.
