WorkWave announced Tuesday it has signed an agreement to purchase Team Software, a provider of software and solutions for cleaning, janitorial, security, and facilities management service providers. The acquisition is expected to close at the end of September.
WorkWave is a provider of cloud-based software solutions that support business life cycle management, including marketing, sales, service delivery, customer interaction and financial transactions.

Giannetto, CEO of WorkWave, in a statement. “We are thrilled to be joining forces with Team to deliver on our shared commitment to provide the greatest value to our entire customer base.”
WorkWave also acquired Real Green Systems — a provider of software solutions for the landscaping, lawn care and pest control industries — in June 2021.

According to WorkWave, the acquisition of Team Software will also expand the company’s presence in international markets.
