TrackTik software receives SaaS Award
Montreal — Montreal tech startup TrackTik Software Inc., developer of a security workforce management solution, has been awarded a 2018 SaaS Award by San Diego-based APPEALIE.

TrackTik says the APPEALIE Awards — open to any SaaS application regardless of industry, product focus or market share — recognize innovative software apps that demonstrate excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction and success.
“Each year customers expect more and more from their SaaS vendors. Our highly selective SaaS award recognizes software platforms that are exceeding those rising customer expectations,” said Matt Harney, founder of APPEALIE, in a statement. “Common themes amongst our 2018 winners were proactive outreach, listening to the ‘voice of the customer’ and a relentless focus on delivering real business value.
TrackTik — which says it gives organizations managing security guards worldwide the mobile and web-based tools to run leaner and more responsive automated operations — won the award in the SaaS Customer Success category.
“Our entire business model is built around addressing the unique needs and challenges of each of our customers,” said TrackTik founder and CEO Simon Ferragne, also in a statement. “We reimagined every role in our industry in order to help our clients work more efficiently and effectively, and the result has been the delivery of game-changing technology.”
