Paladin Security receives certification for ISO 27001

Paladin Security has announced that it has earned ISO 27001 certification for information security management systems.

The ISO/IEC 27000 standards impose policy and procedure guidelines that help organizations keep information assets secure.

Paladin’s CIO, Fraser Cooper said in a statement, “Nowadays, information security is an incredibly important factor in establishing trusted business-to-business relationships, and by earning our ISO 27001 certification, we have demonstrated our ongoing commitment to the protection of our client’s information and our own. I am extremely proud of this achievement and would like to thank our IT department, as well as the collective efforts of our employees who all help to ensure that all our information is safely protected, both digitally and physically.”

Paladin says it is currently the only security company in Canada to have earned all of the following ISO certifications:

ISO9001 (2015) – Quality Management Systems

ISO14001 (2015) – Environmental Management

IBS OHSAS18001 (2007) – Occupational Health & Safety Standards

ISO27001 (2013) – Information Security Management Systems
