Montreal-based PubliX Technical Services forms alliance with Davis Group in the U.S. to explore M&A opportunities

PubliX Technical Services, a Montreal-based M&A firm, announced a strategic alliance with Davis Group Mergers and Acquisitions in the U.S.

PubliX Technical Services was founded by Michel Laganière in 2016 and has a track record of more than 200 acquisitions. Davis Group Mergers and Acquisitions, located in Illinois, was established by Ron Davis.
