dormakaba subsidiary appoints execs to board of directors

Kaba Mas LLC, a global security and access control products manufacturer specializing in government use and a subsidiary of dormakaba US Holding Ltd. (dormakaba), has named two global security experts to its Board of Directors. Michael Chiavacci is the Chief Revenue Officer for 3SI Security Systems, and Peter Dordal is the President of Gardaworld Federal Services.

“I am delighted to appoint Mike and Pete to the Kaba Mas LLC Board of Directors,” said Alex Houston, Chief Operating Officer for dormakaba in a statement. “Both are accomplished security industry experts. Mike brings proven expertise in technology, digital innovation, and product development. Pete contributes significant experience in sales, market development, national security, and compliance. I am looking forward to their collective contributions to the Kaba Mas LLC organization.”
