Allegion and Software House collaborate on electronic access control options

The Schlage LE mortise lock and NDE cylindrical lock with ENGAGE technology are designed to bring electronic access control deeper into a facility, the company says. The locks were developed for facilities that want to upgrade to electronic credentials for enhanced security and convenience.  

Allegion also says the lock, credential reader, door position sensor and request-to-exit switch are combined into one unit to simplify installation and reduce costs.

In conjunction with Software House’s C•Cure 9000, the system can monitor events, manage personnel, view video, create reports, and more. It is also customizable so clients can install a unique security solution.
