Honeywell Building Technologies has launched a new catalyst partner program to provide support for the growth of its OEM, integrator and distributor partners, according to the company’s latest announcement.
Honeywell explained that the new platform is intended to simplify partner experiences across Honeywell Fire and BMS (Building Management Systems) as it streamlines all relevant partner programs onto a digital platform.
The new catalyst partner program or CPP also leverages a new digital partner relationship management which involves a digital resource to help them manage their portfolios and track their progress.
“The catalyst partner program is the next step in our customer-centric journey to better support our global channel partners’ needs in a transparent, consistent and accessible way,” said Jurgen van Goethem, president of Commercial Fire and Security for Honeywell Building Technologies in a statement.
The program also features a tiered approach to recognizing the performance of channel partners based on capability, strategic alignment and buying behaviours. The tiered levels of rewards increase based on sales volumes, business results, customer service, product training and engagement.
