HiveWatch, a physical security software company, announced a partnership with Toronto-based RSPNDR to deliver streamlined communication and dispatch of field and guard resources for customers.
According to the companies, the partnership enhances incident management, enabling both HiveWatch and RSPNDR to offer an embedded, end-to-end solution that allows global security operations centre (GSOC) operators monitoring disparate sites to generate a security response through RSPNDR.

Custom responses can be communicated through the HiveWatch GSOC Operating System (OS) or Command Center via the Guard Mobile App to RSPNDR’s network of distributed mobile guard companies to respond to incidents on demand, as well as provide transparency, data analytics and reporting.
