Final Image adds retail expertise to management team
David Melhado has joined Final Image, a recruitment firm that specializes in the security industry, as associate partner.

Melhado has extensive experience in loss prevention. Prior to joining the company he was national director, loss prevention with Shoppers Drug Mart. He was also senior asset protection manager at Sears Canada.
Melhado has also been active in organizations such as the Retail Council of Canada, the National Retail Federation USA, ASIS International and the Canadian Security Association (CANASA).
Bill McQuade, founder and president of Oakville, Ont.-based Final Image, said in a statement, “Weare thrilled to have such a seasoned security professional join Final Image. David brings a unique skill set to the company and will work to raise the visibility of our services worldwide within the retail loss prevention sector.”
