In a keynote address, entitled “Building a High Performance Team,” Dr. Ivan Joseph will talk about deflecting distractions and building team grit. Session attendees will learn how to articulate common values and a shared sense of purpose, create team cohesion, the foundation of elite performance, and set higher expectations to achieve new levels of performance.

Chad Porter, best-selling author and coach, will deliver an address on overcoming obstacles and persevering. Porter will recount some of the obstacles he has faced and will provide perspectives on perseverance, self-esteem and accomplishing goals in his keynote, “Inspiring a Better You.”

Jeff Butler’s keynote, “Winning the Talent War,” will address the complete employee lifecycle from hiring and managing to retention. Each segment covers key areas where companies often lose their talent ranging from: mistakes in their recruitment process to failing to adjust management styles to accommodate changing workplace expectations.

The Leadership Summit’s education program will also include content on setting expectations and KPI’s, sales forecasting and pipeline management, retaining top talent, and more.
