Patrick Straw has spent more than 30 years building a successful career in security. He started in policing before joining the security industry as a sales and marketing professional. Three years ago he joined the Canadian Security Association (CANASA) as the organization’s executive director. Patrick shares his thoughts on effective customer service, technology milestones throughout the years and the work that CANASA does promoting and representing the security industry across Canada.
