Image: Convergint Global systems integrator Convergint announced that it has acquired Panavidéo Inc., a Quebec-based integrator that specializes in the design, implementation and servicing of access control and video security solutions.
According to Convergint, this acquisition enhances the company’s service to customers in Canada, expanding its technology capabilities in the utilities, higher education, health-care and data centre markets. The acquisition will bring almost 40 local employees to Convergint.
