Big crowds greet sold-out Security Canada East

Security Canada East, the largest security show in Quebec, was held in Laval on April 24—showcasing over 75 exhibitors.

“It was a big day for the security industry in Quebec. Security Canada East officially kicks off the 6 city Security Canada trade show season with the next show in Ottawa on May 8, where the trend of record crowds and a sold-out event continues,” said Steve Basnett, director, trade shows & events, Security Canada – CANASA, in a prepared statement.

“At Security Canada East, we’re pleased to offer attendees a terrific experience of meeting the leading security manufacturers in the country,” said Patrick Straw, executive director of CANASA, also in a statement. “Security Canada East showcased a number of innovative products and services to assist the security product buyer with the information and opportunities they need to be successful.”
