Axis Communications is launching a variety of new products at ISC East, held in New York this week, including multidirectional panoramic cameras, bullet cameras, a stainless-steel dome camera designed for harsh environments, and new video recorders.

“We are proud to expand beyond what traditional surveillance technologies are able to do, leading to new opportunities and enhanced value for customers and partners,” said Fredrik Nilsson, VP, Americas, Axis Communications, in a statement. “As we continue to build upon our R&D work, and our collaborations, we plan to accelerate the introduction of leading-edge solutions. Our latest offerings exemplify the evolution of several technologies, and they provide our customers with new capabilities and efficiencies. We’re pleased to launch these solutions at ISC East, and we’re excited for what we have in store for 2024 and beyond.”

The AXIS P3268-SLVE stainless-steel 8 MP dome camera with deep learning is designed for use in harsh environments. DNV-certified, the camera that can withstand the corrosive effects of seawater and cleaning chemicals. It’s also certified by NSF/ANSI to Standard 169 (Special Purpose Food Equipment and Devices) for use in food processing facilities. With Lightfinder 2.0, Forensic WDR, and OptimizedIR, it delivers 4K image quality under any light conditions. Additionally, the camera includes a DLPU, offering improved processing and storage capabilities.
