Avigilon announces executive succession plan

Under this plan, Henderson will work side-by-side with Alexander Fernandes, Avigilon’s founder, CEO and chairman of the board.

Fernandes will continue to serve in his current capacity until Henderson’s expected promotion to CEO in 2018, at which point Fernandes is expected to remain Avigilon’s chairman of the board.

“James has been truly instrumental to Avigilon’s success over the past six years,” said Fernandes. “This promotion is truly deserved, and I look forward to the contributions James will make in his new role.”
