The ACTi plug-in allows Ocularis users to dewarp images to receive distortion-corrected live video from ACTi 360° cameras and stored 360-degree streams can also be dewarped for situations such as forensic investigation of video in case of emergency. Additional key features of the integration include digital pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ), quad and panoramic views, and multi-view streaming with dewarped views.
Ocularis 5 is an “intelligent, highly-scalable VMS platform that simplifies workloads and system management”, according to the company.
Ocularis 5 is offered in three models: Professional, designed for organizations operating multiple locations with small to mid-sized camera counts; Enterprise, built for a wide range of mid to large IT-centric organizations; and Ultimate, created for large organizations with extended command and control needs and recording server failover.
