Vicon appoints interim CEO

Eric Fullerton has resigned his position as CEO of Vicon Industries effective August 5, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission document. The document also indicates that the company's board of directors has appointed John Badke as interim CEO. Badke serves the company as senior vice-president, finance and CFO and will continue to hold those positions while he assumes his new role. The news of the executive appointment was also confirmed by a Vicon spokesperson via email.
