Verint to hold customer event in Chicago
Verint Systems announced the expansion of its Engage Global Customer Conference with the addition of new tracks for security, fraud, risk and compliance-focused professionals.

The 2016 conference will take place June 27-30 in Chicago, Illinois and will be co-located with the company’s event focused on customer engagement optimization for customer service, customer experience and marketing professionals that serve contact center, branch and back-office operations, and other enterprise departments.
For customers that leverage Verint Video and Situation Intelligence Solutions, Engage 2016 will explore emerging trends and market drivers, new and evolving technologies and best practices in critical infrastructure, situational awareness, surveillance analytics and public safety, as well as bank and retail security, fraud and risk.
During Verint Engage 2016, attendees will gain insights and hear winning practices to help ensure they maximize their Verint technology investments. Breakout sessions, interactive roundtables and success stories will provide venues to exchange strategies and ideas with peers, hear from industry visionaries, connect with product experts and engage with company subject matter experts. The conference also will provide opportunities to hear about Verint’s latest enhancements in video, situation intelligence and other solutions, take part in the solution showcase, connect with key Verint integration partners, and network with peers in the industry.
