Verint celebrates 20th anniversary and closing of KANA Software acquisition

Verint Systems Inc. announced that it was scheduled to ring the NASDAQ Stock Market closing bell on February 5, 2014 at 4 pm ET, to commemorate its 20th Anniversary, which occurred on February 1, and to celebrate the closing of its acquisition of KANA Software, which took place yesterday, February 3.
