Residential Property Managers face many challenges in their efforts to secure their buildings. They are managing more buildings, with more units, and more amenities. They need to find ways to control costs, simplify operations and attract new tenants while maintaining existing tenants.
We’ll look at how one property ownership group, with a diverse portfolio of high-rise multi-family properties across the country, found an all-in-one lock, software, and credential solution that allowed them to reach their keyless goals and find some efficiencies along the way!
