The world has changed. COVID-19 caused a global economic shutdown and we are currently seeing increases of cases around the world and throughout Canada. Vaccines will take several months to deploy, and the future is uncertain for many. As we face unprecedented challenges in the “new world”, now more than ever, we need to adapt to change.I was excited to see many of our dealer partners step up and face these challenges head on. Many used this time to reevaluate and streamline their organizations, while some of our dealer partners pivoted to other services, added layers and adapted to change quickly. Fortunately, most of our partners found a way to thrive in one of the most challenging business environments we have faced in our lifetimes.

At Alarm.com, we ended 2020 with strong double digit YOY growth. I look forward to presenting on the innovation and technology that is supporting dealer growth in Canada and around the globe.
