Uplink intros 2GIG security and automation system

Uplink is powered by Numerex, a wireless alarm communications solutions provider.

This new solution enables alarm dealers to offer expanded security services from 2GIG’s GC2 panel, an all-in-one security and home management system. These services include features such as two-way voice, remote home control and automation, notifications and event history, schedules and reporting options in addition to existing Uplink Remote services such as video monitoring and dealer branding. All features are accessible to dealers and users through UplinkRemote™, a secure web portal and mobile application. Uplink for 2GIG systems will offer three solution options to dealers nationwide: cellular only, broadband only, and broadband with cellular service plans.
