Toronto-based UCIT Online adopts Stealth Monitoring brand

Dallas-based Stealth Monitoring was acquired by Auxo Management, a privately held investment firm, in 2016, to work in partnership with Toronto-based UCIT Online, another Auxo company. Both divisions will now operate under the Stealth Monitoring moniker.

We will continue to work with our customers to help them solve their unique business problems,” added Norm Charney, Managing Director and Founder of Stealth Monitoring.

The company operates three redundant monitoring stations and employs approximately 500 people across 15 offices. According to the company, it proactively monitors more than 20,000 cameras a day.
