Toronto-based Invixium, a provider of biometric access control and workforce management solutions, and IDCUBE, a physical security and identity management platform developer announced a new technology partnership and global distribution agreement.

According to the companies, they have collaborated in the past with an integrated solution combining Invixium biometric devices with IDCUBE’s Access360 software platform. This new agreement deepens the existing relationship and will initially focus on joint sales penetration in India, the Middle East, and the United States.

IDCUBE has clientele in co-working spaces, business parks, corporate offices, critical public transportation (Airports, Metro-rail, seaports), defence, and government installations. It has recently expanded its sales efforts throughout the Middle East and the United States.

“IDCUBE’s expertise with cloud access control combined with Invixium’s multi-technology biometric devices is making office spaces smarter and more secure,” said Divyakant Gupta, founder and CEO of IDCUBE, in a statement.

As a brand with lofty growth goals, partnering with Invixium, a biometrics industry expert, made perfect sense for us,” said Rishi Chahal, executive director and co-founder of IDCUBE.

“IDCUBE and Invixium share many business synergies and have been professionally connected for years,” added Shiraz Kapadia, CEO and president of Invixium.

“We hope this agreement will allow more customers worldwide, especially in the initial focus regions of the Middle East, the US and India to enjoy the benefits of our modern biometric solutions that can dramatically improve the safety and functionality of their enterprises.”
