SureView Systems appoints experienced industry execs to new leadership roles

The introduction of these senior executives will serve to enhance the company’s sales organization and go-to-market strategy.
 
Robert Hile now serves as Director of Strategic Accounts, focusing on enterprise-class market opportunities, and building relationships with key integration firms, consultants and A&E firms. Recognized as a leading voice in the industry, Hile will apply his more than 25 years of security industry experience, encompassing sales and business leadership to further position SureView Systems as a market leader in the delivery of security management software.
 
Hile’s executive career has involved working for both private and public entities, including Fortune 500 Global companies. He previously held the title of Chief Executive Officer for Integrated Fire & Security Solutions Inc. Formerly, Hile served as Senior Director, Enterprise Security Solutions at Siemens Industry Inc., where he led the security division within the Building Technologies group, providing customized solutions for intelligent response and business continuity for global and national accounts. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior-level positions with G4S, Convergint Technologies, GVI Security Solutions and TAC. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and currently serves on the Security Industry Association educational advisory board.

Chris Brown assumes the role of Director of Central Station Accounts. In this position, he will manage SureView’s central station monitoring business, focused on maximizing returns and increasing recurring monthly revenue options for central station customers. With more than 23 years of experience in the security industry specializing in the operational success of high-growth companies, Brown recently served as Vice President at CheckVideo, where he revamped the company’s strategic vision and go-to market strategy. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Operations for Iverify, where he directly managed all aspects of system design, installation, service, core infrastructure deployment and the video monitoring center. In his new role with SureView, he will use his ability to recognize early trends and shifts in the industry to conceptualize and expand the organization’s central station business line.
