Stanley hires former IR exec

Stanley Security Solutions has named Chris Casazza president of Stanley Mechanical Solutions. In his new position with Stanley, Casazza is responsible for leading the entire Stanley Mechanical Solutions business.

Casazza joins the Stanley team from Ingersoll-Rand, where, for over a decade, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in several business units, including as president of Safety Systems and President of Security Technologies – Residential Americas.

Most recently, he served as President of North American Transport Solutions. Casazza offers a fresh, international perspective to his new role, having attained global leadership experience in Italy, and boasts a strong background in business development.

Throughout his broad industry experience, Casazza’s ability to grow revenue at double market growth rates in mature businesses by leveraging investments in front end capabilities, vertical marketing and new products will prove to be an incredible asset to Stanley as he assumes his new role. Casazza maintains a history for successfully integrating European mechanical security acquisitions by penetrating new geographic markets, capturing competitive shares and retaining key talent.
