Stanley acquires Quebec-based Le Groupe Intégral

“The integration of Groupe Intégral with Stanley Security Solutions will enable sustained growth and expanded offerings for our customers. This is a great acquisition for us and we are excited to continue serving those customers with world-class monitoring and service,” said Piero Romani, vice-president of Stanley Security Canada, in a statement. “This acquisition continues to strengthen our position as a leading provider in the Quebec market and we’re excited to build on the Groupe Intégral legacy.”

“Stanley Security Solutions Canada is working together with Groupe Intégral staff to create some exciting new programs and offerings for Groupe Intégral customers,” added Sylvain Gauthier, president of Le Groupe Integral.  “This acquisition better positions our customers in our evolving industry.”

The acquisition closed on June 30. According to Stanley, integration of the two companies “is expected to be seamless for customers and dealers.”
