Slew of new hires, promotions for Milestone Systems

Milestone Systems, an open platform company in IP video management software (VMS), is ushering in a team of new employees in the Americas.

The long list of hires includes Reg Collins, Western Canada channel business manager, who comes to Milestone from Axis Communications, where he most recently worked as a key account manager supporting large end-user customers. Collins has also worked for Tri-ed distributors, Westrep Marketing, NCS Noramco and Ademco.

Other new employees include:

• Brad Thomas, strategic account manager
• Tom Young, channel business manager – NY/NJ
• Andrea Meissner, inside channel manager
• Christina Schlegel, finance manager
• Richard Hendricks as support engineer
• Marlo Rocci, support professional
• Keinan Miller, support professional
• Tom McDonald, technical services engineer
• Pia Droessiger, sales support assistant
• Ian Bowey, sales lead qualifier
• John Cunningham, sales lead generator
• Ulises Perez, associate support professional for the Central America/Latin America (CALA) region
• Jose Brito, technical support professional, Mexico office
• Jessie Benton, sales support, Mexico office

The company is also celebrating a handful of promotions:


• Jean-Francois Montpetit is now engineering manager of the custom development team in the Americas
• Mike Sherwood is now director, technical operations
• Eric Moe has been promoted to director of sales operations
• Chad Palmquist is the new mid-south channel business manager
• Sean Ellison is now western region distribution channel manager
• Paul Messenger is now manager of partner development & inside channel management (ICM)
• Christina Hampson steps up as team lead, partner service & sales support
• Barbara Erickson has the new title of senior sales support specialist in partner service & sales support.
