Security 101 announces 6th annual Gift of Security

The Gift of Security is a U.S.-wide corporate giving initiative providing $10,000 worth of integrated security services from Security 101 and equipment from product partner, Axis Communications, to one non-profit winner at each participating office location.

Local civic leaders helped each office select three organizations to receive a system. Online voting to determine the winning group goes live today and continues through Dec. 8.

Gift of Security winners will be announced on Dec. 11. To vote for an organization, visit the Gift of Security website.

“Team 101 is proud to actively give back to the communities we do business in,” said Steve Crespo, CEO, Security 101. “This year we have substantially increased the number of local offices participating and will be donating more than $150,000 in product and services.”

Participating Security 101 offices include Dallas, Tex., Jacksonville, Fla., San Diego, Calif., New Jersey/New York and more.

Since its inception in 2012, the program has grown yearly and benefitted 14 non-profit groups. Former winners have included children’s organizations, domestic abuse homes, homeless shelters and more.
