SDC expands customer support staff
Security Door Controls announced that Samantha Westby is now part of SDC’s Customer Service Department as part of its ongoing expansion of Factory Sales and Customer Service departments. As a Factory C.S. Representative, Westby will be responsible for a wide range of phone, email, fax and phone inquiries and customer support, including product compatibility, availability, shipping lead time, order review and processing, order status follow up and expediting.

Westby’s professional qualifications include extensive experience as C.S. Representative with an electronic component manufacturer and a C.S. Representative position for the City of Ventura. Westby also has a background in marketing.
SDC specializes in the design and production of innovative building code and fire life safety code compliant Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Access Control Hardware for commercial and industrial use and Custom Product Engineering Services and Private Labeling for OEM Manufacturers.
