Safe Harbour Security acquires Breton Business Centre

Halifax-based Safe Harbour Security announced that it had completed the acquisition of BBC, a Sydney based alarm monitoring and call answering centre.

BBC (Breton Business Centre) has been in business for 28 years and
serves the needs of security and alarm dealers across the country. Safe
Harbour Security has been working with BBC since March 2007 and will
immediately assume company operations.

“We are pleased to welcome BBC, its employees and customers to Safe
Harbour,” says Donnie Snow, President & CEO of Safe Harbour
Security.  “The addition of BBC expands our capabilities and capacity
as we build our independent dealer support model across the country.”

Brenda Billard, from BBC added, “We were impressed with the network
that Donnie and his team have been building, and we expect that our
current roster of customers will benefit from the many new products and
services offered through the Safe Harbour channel.”
