RCI welcomes new Ontario sales reps

Paul Higdon, Regional Sales Manager for Ontario and Western New York is responsible for covering the security distribution and security integration markets. His initial objectives are to increase brand awareness and build relationships with new and existing RCI customers in the security distribution market. “I started my career in the security industry as an order picker and I am in debt to many people in our industry for the opportunities I have been given. I am using my knowledge and experience to bring new ideas and a unique perspective to RCI.”  With over 14 years of experience in security distribution sales and sales management, Higdon has worked in various roles with Burtek, ADI and Tri-Ed.

Tammy Mlak is a new Account Manager for Ontario, focusing on the locksmith distribution and contract hardware markets. Her new role as Account Manager demonstrates her strong industry knowledge with experience in Southern Ontario and international markets such as Dubai. Most recently, Mlak worked as an Inside Sales Representative – Team Lead for RCI. Her new responsibilities include generating revenue by managing and executing territory strategies as she gains a better understanding of customers’ needs, products and the market in order to assist in the improvement and creation of new products. “This new role has given me a great understanding of our industry and what role RCI has in the development of new and innovative products”, says Mlak.
